Chef Brian Beggarly grew up in Richmond, Virginia and Tallahassee, Florida but attended culinary school in Vermont at the New England Culinary Institute. He has therefore cooked on both the east and west coast of New England as well as both sides of the Atlantic Ocean, in the Caribbean and on the Gulf of Mexico. He is passionate about serving good food to good people and is proud to support local farmers, and producers, land and sea.
Brian is supported in part, by his wife, Molly Eddy, a 3rd generation Camden-ite and merchant mariner, turned mother and barista.
